I got a new sump pump and the pipe was ran right under my bedroom window, it's loud! I was trying to find a faux rock to cover them but I couldn't find the right size. I had actually bought these topiaries for another purpose. I cut part of the material where the pipe and ground met, lined one half with plastic, filled it with expanding foam and another layer of plastic and smooshed it up against the pipes so the foam would form around the pipes. It looks nice, my pipes won't freeze, and the sound is dampened significantly!
