- Ceiling Installation: Designed for ceiling thickness ≥5.12 in and vertical height of 8.5–9.4 ft, this steel attic ladder allows 2 in wall clearance to fit various layouts. Cut a 39.4 x 27.5 in opening, drill in place, lift the ladder, and fasten with screws. (Must be mounted on a load-bearing area!)
- 660LBS Strong Load Capacity: Made of impact-resistant alloy steel with durable hinges and support rods, this ladder maintains strength even after repeated use. The X-frame adds stability, while anti-slip rubber feet help avoids shifting. 5.5-inch wide steps ensure better balance and easier climbing

sc*** Easy space saver!
Excellent attic ladder! Saved me a great amount of garage space as it replaced an actual staircase. I had it installed by the guys doing other work on my garage space and the install went quickly and smoothly. Great product!

ladder folding ladder
The ladder fits my space nicely. way better then my old fold wood ladder and is a lot more sturdy with wider steps and small handrails at the top that help assist me getting off and back on the ladder. The latch that holds the ladder up when shut could be better as it is not as solid as it sould be but works and the pole to reach it is could have a better hook on it but I really like the ladder and the prices.
