- 3-Step Easy Installation: Cut an opening according to the dimensions of 63"x22.5", choose between two installation heights of 290-360 cm (9.5-11.8 ft) or 360-365cm (11.8-12 ft) to suit your preference. During installation, drill holes at the corresponding positions, suspend the attic ladder, and secure it in place with screws.
- Hydraulic Cushioned Descent: Equipped with a special hydraulic rod to prevent sudden drops and accidents, ensuring a slow and controlled descent for the safety of your family. When closed, it fits snugly to the attic, leaving no gaps for a perfect, concealed appearance.
- Easy Closure: Includes a pull rod and pull ring for effortless opening and closing of the attic ladder, without the need for shims. The insulated door panel provides thermal insulation and can fold away invisibly, seamlessly blending with various home decor styles.
- 350lb Strong Load Capacity: Made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy for durability and longevity, even with long-term use, it won't deform or bend. With heavy-duty hinges, support bars, and 3" wide steps, it can stably support two adult males simultaneously.
- Height Adjustable: Includes 2 adjustable height support legs, each 11.8" high, to meet your height requirements in different locations. If the ladder length is too long for your needs, simply cut it to size and use the included non-slip foot pads.

hilltop vintage Excellent Attic Ladder for the Price
Excellent ladder for the price. The ladder works well and is pretty stable for a long attic ladder. The only issues I had in installation were that the long threaded grip inserts didn't grab the rafter as well as they should have. I drilled and added a couple additional lag screws just to be sure. Also some of the ladder screws themselves loosen over time (I use it a lot) and need occasional checks and retightening. Overall I'm quite happy with it.

About this item
Description
Hydraulic Cushioned Descent Folding Attic Ladder
Say goodbye to the worry of sudden ladder drops. The cushioned descent provides unprecedented safety, while the aluminum alloy and 350lb weight capacity ensure peace of mind. The ladder closes in one step with the help of the pull hook and pull rod.
With a 63"x 22.5" opening size and two installation heights of 9.5-10.2ft / 11.2-12ft, it suits various spaces and homes, and installation only requires three simple steps.
If the height is not suitable, you can use two 11.8" support legs for assembly. If the ladder is too long, you can calculate and trim it to your desired length. We provide non-slip foot pads for your convenience.
In addition to attic storage, the folding attic ladder can be used for routine roof maintenance or matched to your home decor style.
The adjustable aluminum support legs, stainless steel pull rod, and stainless steel pull hook are corrosion-resistant and durable, ensuring a long lifespan to assist you with daily attic ladder use.
