- Thickened 304 Material: The fermentation barrel is entirely made of stainless steel, with the barrel body, handles, inner lining, clasps, and barrel lid all made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. You can use it with confidence. With a barrel thickness of 0.5mm, it's sturdy, durable, and resistant to deformation. It's not prone to dirt accumulation, making cleaning effortless.
- Sealed for Freshness: The barrel lid features an embedded silicone sealing ring, providing double-layered sealing protection. The high elasticity clasp ensures a tight seal without gaps, preventing ants and insects from entering. It ensures no leakage even when inverted, and it won't spill during transportation or agitation.
- Sterile and Breathable: The top of the lid can be fitted with an exhaust pipe, which can be easily installed in seconds. One-way exhaust allows bubbles in the barrel to be released, and injecting a small amount of water prevents backflow, achieving sterile and breathable, oxygen-free fermentation.
- Temperature Visibility: The home brewing supply comes with a thermometer for easy monitoring of real-time fermentation temperature. The scale is clear, with Celsius/Fahrenheit temperature readings, ranging from 0-40°C/32-104°F. You can easily ferment beer, spirits, wine, fruit wine, and more with it.
- Large Capacity: With an 8-gallon fermentation capacity, you can enjoy satisfaction as you please. The thickened handles make it easy to lift, with dual steel stamp scales in liters/gallons. The adjustable height barrel feet allow for flexible adjustment according to needs. The conical bottom design is conducive to sediment accumulation and fermentation, with yeast slurry valves and beer valves for easy discharge of yeast sludge and bottled beer.

bo*** Works well.
I have used the Fermenter for several batches and it works well. I had a Fast Ferment plastic conical that I had to replace. I was able to modify the holder for the old fermenter to hold the new one. The spacing for the old holder was the same spacing as the handles on the new one. I just had to cut to additional slots to hold the handles. I also made a base to support the bottom, so all the weight was not stressing the handles.
