Die VEVOR Metall-Drehmaschine hat mich positiv überrascht, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Verarbeitungsqualität. Nach zahlreichen Erfahrungsberichten und Videos zu sehr günstig produzierten Mini-Drehmaschinen aus direktem China-Import, die häufig durch schlechte Passungen, unpräzise Führungen und mangelhafte Qualität auffallen, waren meine Erwartungen entsprechend zurückhaltend. Umso überzeugender fiel der erste Eindruck dieses Geräts aus.
Die Maschine ist sauber verarbeitet, die mechanischen Komponenten wirken stabil und die Führungen laufen gleichmäßig. Der 550-W-Motor bietet ausreichend Leistung für typische Dreh-, Bohr- und leichte Gewindeschneidarbeiten im Hobby- und Werkstattbereich. Die variable Drehzahlregelung erlaubt eine präzise Anpassung an unterschiedliche Materialien und Bearbeitungsschritte.
Der Arbeitsbereich mit 180 mm Umlaufdurchmesser und 350 mm Spitzenweite ist für eine kompakte Tischdrehbank praxisgerecht dimensioniert. Insgesamt vermittelt die Maschine ein solides, kontrolliertes Arbeitsgefühl, das man in dieser Preisklasse nicht selbstverständlich erwarten kann.
