- 0-0.5" / 0-12mm Adjustable Thickness: This household vegetable slicer allows you to effortlessly adjust the cutting thickness, ensuring perfect and uniformly sliced fruits and vegetables. Our patented blade adjustment design features a large knob at the center of the blade disc, allowing you to control slicing thickness within 0-0.5" / 0-12mm. Whether you prefer thin slices for salads or thick cuts for cheese, simple operation efficiently meets your needs.
- Durable Stainless Steel Blades: The 2 blades are made of premium 420J2 stainless steel, ensuring sharp and precise cuts with clear and smooth edges on sliced fruits and vegetables. They are also highly durable and easy to clean—simply rinse the entire vegetable fruit slicer with water in the sink, with no worries about rusting, ensuring longevity even with daily use.
- Dual Feed Chutes Design: The slicer machine features 2 feed chutes of different widths. The large chute measures 6.7" x 3.9" x 4.3", suitable for large vegetables like cabbage and onions, while the small chute measures 6.7" x 2.8" x 4.3", ideal for slicing small fruits like lemons, preventing small ingredients from rolling around in the large chute. You can even slice ingredients simultaneously through both feed chutes, eliminating the hassle of switching between multiple slicers.
- Smooth and Efficient: Grip the comfortable handle with one hand to rotate the blade disc, making slicing easy and efficient. The spring pusher ensures precise slicing. Plus, the vegetable cutter comes with a soft spring to prevent tomatoes, kiwis, and cheese from being flattened. With 6 suction cups, the slicer prevents any movement during use. Even when slicing carrots or potatoes for extended periods, it maintains high efficiency and safety, avoiding hand fatigue.
- Essential Prep Tool: Using this vegetable fruit slicer saves you prep time, allowing you to quickly dive into cooking delicious meals and simplifying your kitchen tasks. Widely used in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, fruit shops, and beverage stores. It's also beloved by homemakers and makes for a great gift for family and friends. This slicer can be used with other machines, such as fruit dehydrators, to make healthy freeze-dried fruits and vegetables.

About this item
Description
Effortlessly Achieving Perfect Slices with VEVOR Manual Vegetable Slicer
By adjusting the knob at the center of the vegetable slicer's blade disc, you can achieve slices of vegetables and fruits with a standard thickness of 0" to 0.5" / 0-12 mm. Each slice is uniform and perfect, as if you've mastered the art of knife skills.
Our commercial vegetable slicer's blades and disc are made of stainless steel, allowing for quick cleaning by rinsing directly between the blades. You don't have to worry about rust or roughness; the blades remain sharp even after cleaning.
Equipped with 2 different-sized feed chutes, the slicer machine allows for cutting of 2 types of ingredients when rotating the blade disc. Placing ingredients in the appropriate chute enables better control of ingredient movement, preventing them from bouncing due to their small size.
The vegetable fruit slicer's ergonomic handle, pusher spring, and six suction cups ensure that even when slicing carrots or potatoes for extended periods, you can say goodbye to tired hands and save time.
This user-friendly vegetable cutter machine doesn't require you to have knife skills; it effortlessly slices cucumbers, cheese, carrots, and more. Its efficient operation is beloved not only by moms but also widely used in commercial kitchens.
