Great product. There were a couple of shipping glitches but it was ultimately delivered. The package of bolts to assemble the unit were loose in the box and they were lost in shipping because there were holes in the shipping box. I replaced the missing bolts at my local hardware store. In all the ramp worked so well for my disabled ward that I have ordered an additional unit.
