The instructions for the jack are good though, and the press works very well. With this and the vevor apple crusher (both set up on a vevor stainless steel folding table, btw) I was able top process almost 200 lbs of apples into 10 gallons of cider in just over an hour. It comes with a very short length of tubing to connect to the spout. 3/4" OD food grade silicone tubing fits into the included (I think vinyl) tubing perfectly for increased length.
