Needed a portable saw that did not produce a lot of heat and spark dust especially in a small area workshop with limited floor area to place equipment. This bandsaw did it nicely, light enough to lift and put away. The saw is robust of very good quality, can sit on bench or floor to cut RHS, solid bar and other sections very well. Can adjust sawblade speed to suit. Can adjust cut sqareness and angles easily. The only negative or disappointment of this machine was a bit off vertical square cut. It needed a 2mm thick shim along the outside length of the vice too rectify the problem as shown in the photo. Overall pleased with the bandsaw .Good value for money. Was able to find spare band saw blades on the kangindustrial.com.au website which sells the same model of bandsaw.
