Tool arrived on time. Package only contains one battery but there is a space in the container for two. Description does not stay how many batteries come with but I was disappointed they ship with only one. Also the lock slide does not click into the locked position so you can hear the gimbal moving even when it's supposed to be locked. First purchase of a Vevor tool and I'm not sure I would buy one again based on the cheapness of this laser.
