The sonic generatornis too small for this sized unit. Essentially the somic clean function doesn't work. All it does is heat water

It's unfortunate for me to write this review, but the ultra sonic cleaner was faulty and kept causing the overload switches in our circuit breakers to jump off. Contacted Vevor the day I got it, messaged that it would be passed on to their technical department to get back to me. 7 days latter I had to contact them again saying the product was totally faulty and needed to be replaced I was offer $62 as compensation, I said no it needtobe replaced please, offered me $123 second time, I said thank you but I just want it replaced or refund my money. 3rd offer with 2 option , replacement or refund, I choose the replacement as I really need it for my requirements. Advised it would be sorted in 1 to 2 business days, wellwe are now I to 3 business days and no advice yet as to the replacement details . So now 9 days out from receiving the first delivery and still waiting for Vevor to respond and advise . This review is mainly on what happens with their Service , still not sure on product performance yet.

You must be bloody joking asking for a review. Item was never received despite several emaills and trips to the post office. No reason why order wasn't delivered or why they decided to cancel the order Not to happy customer

My ultrasonic cleaner stopped working after just two minutes. The customer service was appalling. They first claimed there was nothing they could do and then tossed around compensation offers of $25, $75, and finally $150, all while insisting that I would still need to pay for shipping, which would be exorbitant. After two weeks of back-and-forth with their service department and repeatedly referencing their own return policy, I finally received a full refund. I will never buy another Vevor product again—consider this a strong warning.

Worst purchase right when i got it out the box and tried using it blew fuses had to reach out to their tech support and they would not sell me the driver board but wanted me to replace it on my own ? Makes no sense yes i got a full refund but once i stated if i can get driver board purchases they would not allow but wanted to send me driver boards so i would reppace before the refund was stated ?

Pulled it out of the box worked for less than 1 minute. Read on line it happens all for time with these. Huge waste of money.

Unit arrived smashed. I previously requested a replacement as my unit arrived heavily damaged. I have yet to hear from anyone at Vevor. I buy a lot from Vevor, and so far, this is the only issue, but no response is not a great sign. Hard to give proper star ratings when it’s unusable.

How can I review an item I have not received yet!!! I didn’t know it was to be shipped Canada Post or wouldn’t have ordered it. It said fast shipping and they put it in the mail just a couple days before Canada Post strike!! They didn’t care because they had my money! Not good service. They should have considered the upcoming strike.

I ordered this unit use it for a while. It blew a fuse and replaced. The fuse. Requested some warranty service sent pictures in. I received the reply. They needed a photo of the board. I was out of town when I got back my ticket was canceled. So I’m resubmitting everything again With a picture of the board as of right now I am less than satisfied with vevor’s warranty service on this unit.

It will break every time you turn the heater on. I’ve used the heater twice and it’s broken the machine both times. Vevor was great about sending a new board they worked, but then the second time I used the heater to clean some really bad parts about a year later it broke again.
