I have never received the item.

I have used this product in the past and am well pleased with it. However, with this last order, I am still disputing the lack of delivery. Customer service is evidently handled entirely by AI. I ordered 3 rolls and only one was delivered. AI insists that FedEx shows a delivery, then that settles the issue. I sent the proof of delivery showing only one box, not three, on my porch. This has gone back and forth for weekks with the burden of proof lying more and more on me. I have ordered many other products from Vevor in the past with good results. Until I can speak to a real person to get this settled, I am done with Vevor.

I bought this product very recently to redo the landscaping around my home. What I disliked was whenever you cut it it frayed into stringy pieces almost like you were using a old wore out tarp. If you had to cut a hole in order to go over the top and existing shrub it frayed and wherever you cut it along the border it did the same thing and trying it to cut it with a hot knife it didn't help very much. I would definitely not recommend this product. I think it would work well perhaps if you are laying it out and cutting holes to plant in as opposed to going over existing shrubbery. I went to my local garden supply and purchased their landscaping fabric and I'm very happy with it.

Mise en place doublé donc normalement 2x plus efficace et en 3 semaines l’herbe arrive à percer pourtant 5 cm de gravier dessus cela ne vaut pas le feutre geotextile ! Très mécontent de ce produit.

Ordered this product 2 months ago and just received today. That is really ridiculous. Vievor acts like everything is so good for their company isn't they are not

I have purchased the weed barrier fabric in the past with good results. My last purchase of weed barrier had wholes and patches throughout the roll. I contacted customer service and was asked to send my pictures to a "Swiss picture upload" that didn't work. I recieved several emails asking if the problem was resolved and i repeatedly explained the issue was not resolved. They closed the issue as resolved when it was not.

The worst customer service ever. If it happens that you have any problem, these guys are willing to take you in swings until you get dizzy. I think their customer support are well trained on taking their clients on a roller coaster. I have an issue pending with them since July 7th.
