Works well. Built quality seems ok if not amazing. Instructions are useless. Definitely doesn't throw out 8kw - has similar heat output to a 3kw electric heater I own. A lot cheaper to run though. I am happy with the purchase.

Ordered heater for installation in garage workshop. Package came fast, in good condition. All parts were included, as described. Setup is in essence fairly easy, but unfortunately the setup requires research on YouTube. This is because the manual (which includes "instructions" for several types of LCD controllers) is very hard to understand (English language issues), the printed symbols that are supposed to guide the reader are unintelligeble due to printing issues, and it contains some out-right errors in the button codes. When the correct setup (based on YouTube guidance) is performed, the heater works very well.

MANUAL COULD BE BETTER WITH MORE INFORMATION HOW TO USE LCD SCREEN. FOR THIS PRICE IT´S A GOOD DEAL UNBOXING VIDEO https://youtu.be/yTJcKUJNAuU

The pipping is fragile that came with it , easy to set up

Product is fine looks like it will do the job. Very heavy product. The packaging was terrible just a cardboard box for such a heavy product it was all broken open a miracle none of the parts were missing. I ordered two of these and the second one still hasn't arrived. It was delayed in Jacksonville and then delayed again in South Florida. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday or Friday at the latest I had people scheduled to use it this weekend and I had to delay until next weekend. Not too happy about that.

R Gander
