Fast shipping and decent price. Fit was a little lacking though. The bolt holes didn't quite line up and screws went in on an angle so that wasn't ideal. Still a sturdy rack though.

Missing parts. Sent customer service ticket. They said they will get back to me. And they haven't. Very lazy staff. I want a refund!!!

On the whole its fine for the price however the wheel mounts are just a nut with 2 tack welds holding them onto the rail from above. 2 broke off wheeling it into position with less than 30kg of equipment in it. Ended up taking them off and sticking other stick on feet on. Whatever weight rating they claim will not be with the casters attached

It’s a great rack for my home lab stuff. Was very easy to assemble and adjust the width to fit my servers. The castors are very nice as well and all 4 are locking casters which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend for the price. My only complaint is mine came damaged with scratches and bent pieces due to poor packaging. I was in a rush to get my stuff set back up so I made due and bent things back to how they should be. Otherwise I’ve had no problems with it.

Seemed like a good purchase for the price, but after assembling 99% of the rack (which was no easy feat due to the limited and vague instructions), the last threading on the base was defective and the caster would not screw into the base. I contacted customer service and they were supposed to send me a new part (which was semi-frustrating as I would have to disassemble half of the rack to reinstall), but apparently the replacement part got lost in shipping. Customer service informed me and opted to refund me $20 so that I could go somewhere locally and find a part for it. Unfortunately I don’t have the time or desire to put in the extra effort, so now I have a $25 rack that is missing a caster on one side…I will say that customer service was prompt and responsive, but wish they would have just sent me a new item instead of partially refunding me and leaving me to my own devices with an non-functioning product.

The wrench didn't fit the bolts, the shelves felt super flimsy and floppy, in the corners there are these things you are supposed to attach to support it but they make half of the screw holes unreachable, none of the holes come tapped, the directions made no sense, because the wrench wouldn't fit the bolt i couldn't even get the wheels on, overall just a terrible assembly process with a subpar end result, I am completely disappointed.

The server rack welds for the caster mounts broke off immediately when loaded to 20% of claimed weight limit, rendering it useless immediately after a lot of assembly work.

The unit looked great and economical on the website, however, the screw holes did not align. And the screws don't fit the existing holes where they DO align. The entire thing is a terrible paper weight now. And - because they required a video submission in mp4 format, I couldn't get the refund request submitted in time so now I am waiting to see if they will even let me return it or get a refund. It's total JUNK.

I received the item on time and was eager to assemble it. That’s when figured nuts and bolts are missing. Without washing any time I tried to contact support and surprised to know that there is no phone support and then created a ticket and ticket support response needs 48 hours and every time I was asked to send pictures of the product and package. I did all still no resolution.. the vevor support process is not up to the mark .. I am thinking of returning it and get the refund..
