Ordered these for the price and was very happy with the quality. I was able to install them by myself without any problems. Made my heavy ramp on my trailer lift with ease. Great purchase!

Good product Not that easy to install Needed other fasteners

Was short bag of nuts and washers, tried call but was going to be charged $5 to tell you the mistake. I went to hardware store and bought the needed supplies. Love the lift just wasting my time trying to report your error.

The instructions not very clear. Was hard to adjust the cables , They work pretty good but one problem is there slack when gate is up . It does work good and it lifts the gate over half way and it made it easier .

Excellent quality, easy install, all necessary parts.quick shipping. Con:instructions on positioning and adjusting very poor. “One size. Does not fit all” depends on weight of tailgate. Had to work at it to get it close to working properly. If 4 screw links were included this would help by allowing adjustment easier. Went and bought my own. Overall I saved money over name brand.

Looks good, works good - Good deal! 88888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888

It was a good purchase ,very reasonable cost and super quick delivery not super tough but it lifted a six foot steel gate

Half the parts were missing and all your company wanted to do was give me credit on additional purchases. I wanted the matching parts to match on my new trailer. A 1 out of 10 on service !

This does not work. Trailer gate will not go down even with one side unhooked. The directions say dont use violence if the gate doesn't go down. Use only the pin in the large spring hole. Same crap and it doesn't work. Wate of time and money. DO NOT BUY THIS.

1 star because no instructions included. Where do you mount the rails, how dou you attach the springs and rollers, at what point on the tailgate do you attach the cables. I'll find a comparable model and use those instructions.. shame on you Vevor..
