I recently went shopping for a ceiling fan and came across this one on the Vevor website. The price was very reasonable, and the dimensions were exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to buy two units and had them installed. Although the materials and design look modern and high-quality, the performance was a big disappointment. Even though the remote control offers six speed settings, the increase in airflow between each speed is barely noticeable. More importantly, the fan simply does not produce enough airflow at all. You would expect a fan of this size to generate strong wind, but that is not the case here. In my opinion, don’t be fooled by the appearance. The fan looks great, but the performance is very disappointing.

Don’t like it as it’s not silent. Can hear the roar of the motor depending on the speed. Nailed this noise at all speeds. Would not buy this again.

Good looking fan but doesn’t move that much air according to its size.

I really like the fans, I purchased 2x. Easy to install. Work well. Love the remote and timer. However they simply do not move much air. I would imagine that for the size we’d be blown away. It’s quite disappointing. I’m not sure if the fan blades aren’t angled enough, but we get minimal air movement at any speed. Most likely will need to replace them with another brand.

Bought these to replace a couple of 5,000 CFM fans for our back porch in Florida. While they’re attractive and sturdy and seem well-made, they barely put out any air at all. I don’t know HOW they can say “airflow of up to 12000 CFM” with a straight face… 😡🙄 Not sure what I’m supposed to do with them now…

VEVOR HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM SINCE 6.5.2026 TO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED AND STILL NO HELP. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM PRICE IS IMPORTANT BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND CAN NOT GET ANY SUPPORT IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVING.

Need to order two for a big area one doesn’t put off enough air also cheap looking. The way the blades bolt onto covers should be included

Box came with fan blades hanging out of the box. Sent pictures to Vevor and they just kept asking for more. Wouldn't send return shipping labels or replace with a undamaged fan. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Buy somewhere else where they care about delivering undamaged products. VEVOR is useless.

Fan grinds when it starts up. Installed on 18ft ceiling with scaffolding. Called in for warranty issue (which I paid extra for). Was told I had to rent the scaffolding again, send back then they would send replacement. This would require me to rent the scaffolding twice more which would be more than what I spent on the fan. I asked for some time to reserve scaffolding, I then got multiple emails telling me they were closing the ticket if I didn’t send the defective fan in. Ultimately I gave up and am eating the cost for the defective fan. Certainly wouldn’t suggest anyone to purchase Run away!

Fan motor makes a loud vibration and noice.
