Yeah, this is one to avoid. The cable is weak, and came frayed, it loves eating the cable and locking up the reel. Macxes out at about 200lbs and just chokes (1500lbs shy of advertising) It's cheap!

very nice-looking product. However, after 5 uses the motor started making loud noise like something is loose in the brake mechanism when unrolling cable with little to no load. Going up no problem. I submitted claim and they offered $20 REALLY $20 will not replace it when it finally fails completely. I have video but it won't let we load it. BEWARE of warranty may not be honored.

I never received this product, and Vevor did nothing to help resolve the issue. If they had required at least a photo of the delivery, I could have had more to work with with FedEx. They did not seem to care about helping resolve the issue. I will never buy again from Vevor or request delivery from FedEx either.

Hoist arrived and glad I opened it and tried it right away. Would only barely hoist a couple of feet(no load) before smelling like burnt rubber and getting very hot to the touch and stopping. Tried different solutions but met with same result. Now vevor is making me jump through several hoops to initiate a return, even with a video of proof, they are still making me wait for some unknown reason. Cannot contact anyone. First DO Not Buy this winch. It has too much internal plastic. Second, if you must Do Not buy from Vevor. Get from the big A.

They do not honor warranty. They offer a $20 for u to go somewhere to get fixed. Spend a hour today on chat and whould not accept pitiful off they would no longer respond. Stay away from this site. No warrenty honored.

Now you want images okay I ain't real smart when it comes to these phones and I don't want to be I have no f****** idea how to get from this screen to get pictures and put them back on this little square right below us I don't know what to tell you I have a damaged part here half the hardware is missing the frames bent the end of the fan shroud is all busted the f*** I believe it happened in house because it's been taped it's been dropped on the corner and it's been taped by the same tape that put the box together no more no other tape has been put on it but they did patch it with the same tape that tape the entire box up at the plant
