Fan Is nice but custome service is ghosting me and will not reply to fix the issue of missing parts or refund my money. You are on your own if you buy this fan and parts are missing. I would not currently recommend buying anything from Vevor. I bought 7 of these fans and two of them did not have all the parts, Also customer support does not have a phone number you can call. Very poor service after they get your money! Buyer beware. Update-- Vevor finally agreed to refund my money and paid the return shipping

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I purchased this fan to replace a 60" in my shop for more airflow. The 60" moved as much air as this 96" does. This fan spins so slow on the highest setting, 6, you can focus on a blade and watch it go around. If you want a fan that provides a light breeze, this is the fan for you. If you want a fan that moves a lot of air, this is not the fan for you. The fan was easy to install and is very quiet but I guess that's because it spins so freaking slow. If it wasn't such a pain in the butt to take it down and repackage it, I would send it back.

Just installed 2 of these and they don't move as much air as I was expecting for the size. If they were a little faster than maybe they move more air or blade pitch in not sure. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bought two 96" shop fans. When the boxes arrived, the box was not sealed very well, allowing 50% of the components to fall out somewhere during shipping. Tried to get in touch with a real person with Vevor. The contact process is email ONLY. After about a month of emails back and forth, vevor offered to send me the missing components, GREAT.A week later vevor sends me an option to be reimbursed, said I could keep what parts I had at no charge. Wow, the parts are worthless at this point. I will not deal with vevor again. Oh yah, I insured the packages from the start, vevor is not refunding that. Very disappointed.

For the size and price not happy with air volume. None to slight air movement. I Ben with two under my patio nothing…. I don’t recommend this fan to anyone who is considering it.

Fan is missing the 8 brackets to mount the blades to the fan motor, been trying for weeks to get them to send me the replacement parts and now they say they have lost them and want to refund half of what the fan cost?????????? Never had an issue with this company and i have purchased a lot of items. I just need the brackets to make this right. Item L in the user manual.

Missing parts. Installed whole Fan except blades bc it was missing the fan blade brackets. Customer service said they would send the 8 missing pieces. 2 weeks later told me o have to return the fan for a refund bc they pieces are un available. Now I have to take it down. Buy another box and return it

The blade seeds is very low.

Been up for about 3 months now and I would not recommend this to anyone. Fan worked fine then started making a popping sound. Sounds like something is broken on the inside of it. For now it does the job of moving air but very annoying to listen to.

Questa è stata la peggiore esperienza della mia vita. Questi ragazzi sono totalmente incompetenti. Ho ricevuto un prodotto a cui mancavano tutti i pezzi essenziali. È passato un mese, ho inviato 24 email e non sono ancora in grado di mandarmi i pezzi mancanti. Per due volte mi hanno mandato un solo pezzo mentre me ne mancavano 8 dello stesso tipo. Ho scritto loro in italiano, inglese e tedesco, ma non è servito a nulla. Il ventilatore a soffitto non può funzionare senza questi pezzi. Un mese intero e nessuna soluzione. Solo email in cui mi dicono che chiuderanno il mio caso. INCREDIBILE.
