PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS PROBLEM OUT! I absolutely LOVE this fan! The only hiccup I’m facing is figuring out how to get it to turn on automatically when I flip the fan switch. Right now, whenever I turn the switch off and back on, I have to use the remote to get it going. It does beep when the power’s on, which is great, but since I have smart wall switches, I really wish I could just have it turn on at the same settings without needing the remote each time. All my other budget ceiling fans work this way, so I’m a bit puzzled with this one. I tried following the remote instructions, but no luck there. I would definitely buy more of these fans if it weren't for this little issue. I’m even considering getting five more, but I’m hesitant because of the setup challenge. If you’re looking to hardwire it and use the remote, it’s fantastic! Just wish it played nicely with my switches for a smoother operation. Overall, it's a great fan, but I'm hoping for a solution to make it perfect for my setup!

Tried to install this fan today and was not provided with the hardware packet “O” in the instruction manual. Can’t attach blades to the blade brackets without needed nuts and bolts. Will update review when I can finish installing and actually use the fan.

The fan was installed and worked for about 30 minutes. It then stopped. After a little while it would turn on again then stop. Now it just beeps and will not work.

Attention La fiche technique ne correspond pas au ventilateur vendu. Celui-ci ne fait pas 180cm de diamètre mais à peine plus de 160cm. Et impossible de joindre le service client

I recently went shopping for a ceiling fan and came across this one on the Vevor website. The price was very reasonable, and the dimensions were exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to buy two units and had them installed. Although the materials and design look modern and high-quality, the performance was a big disappointment. Even though the remote control offers six speed settings, the increase in airflow between each speed is barely noticeable. More importantly, the fan simply does not produce enough airflow at all. You would expect a fan of this size to generate strong wind, but that is not the case here. In my opinion, don’t be fooled by the appearance. The fan looks great, but the performance is very disappointing.

I’m disappointed with this fan. The base plate arrived with a dent, but more than that, it doesn’t push out nearly as much air as I would expect for a fan this size.

Don’t like it as it’s not silent. Can hear the roar of the motor depending on the speed. Nailed this noise at all speeds. Would not buy this again.

I really like the fans, I purchased 2x. Easy to install. Work well. Love the remote and timer. However they simply do not move much air. I would imagine that for the size we’d be blown away. It’s quite disappointing. I’m not sure if the fan blades aren’t angled enough, but we get minimal air movement at any speed. Most likely will need to replace them with another brand.

Bought these to replace a couple of 5,000 CFM fans for our back porch in Florida. While they’re attractive and sturdy and seem well-made, they barely put out any air at all. I don’t know HOW they can say “airflow of up to 12000 CFM” with a straight face… 😡🙄 Not sure what I’m supposed to do with them now…
