I got my louvered fan in today and noticed the box had been opened and retaped. I went through all the items in the box and noticed that I am missing a cable for the controller. everything else was there and in good condition. I was hoping to be able to use the controller to adjust the temp in the room from time to time but I guess I will have to settle for on and off mode.

Purchased in August. Nice fan and is quiet. No instructions as to how to program the screens and not very intuitive.

this is my second one. good thing they’re cheap. 1st one only lasted 6 months so I hope it was just a bad one.

I purchased this unit to replace a similar fan that burned out. I question the 874 CMF figure as the old fan was rated below 700 CFM but seemed to move a lot more air. Buyers should note that this item only comes with a short wire pigtail, not an assembled power cord. The louvers rely on gravity to close whereas other manufacturers use gentle spring tension to hold the louvers shut when not in operation. I just returned another fan by another seller that was destroyed in shipping -- no packing material at all. This unit came surprisingly well packaged, with sturdy foam around the frame and stiff corner blocks in the carton.

It is a bit loud but works well otherwise in my 10x12 she shed.

Fan looked good and when installed ran good but it feels more like a 600 - 700 CFM fan. It is not that powerful. Disappointed.

This fan does not move the stated volume of air. I went back to a furnace fan, which is rated at 900cfm. It moves much, much more air than this fan.

Fan works good when it works prob already went out and trying to get it cover Is a lot of work They want pictures, they want video, you send them all that and they still send you the wrong part, then when you tell them they want you to go through the whole process again to get the right part sent still have not got the right part to fix my problem. That's ridiculous.

Me ha llegado con una articulación de las aspas rota y tapones rotos, una de las aspas no cierra del todo bien y, encima, hace mucho ruido y vibra mucho. NO LO RECOMIENDO. MUY MALO.
