it blew up after a month, hwving been used just 5 or 6 times. And the 'stainless steel' casing rusted severely. Generally I find Vevor products to be pretty reliable and valuevfor money. Not in this case, sadly.

I purchased the VEVOR Professional Ultrasonic Cleaner (30L) expecting a commercial-grade machine. Instead, it failed after the first **30 minutes of use**. The unit powers on, the timer counts down, and the heater works, but the ultrasonic cleaning function completely stopped working almost immediately. A brand-new machine should not fail within the first half hour. What has been even more disappointing is VEVOR's warranty support. Instead of simply replacing a defective unit that failed right out of the box, they shipped me a replacement circuit board and expected **me** to repair it myself. That's completely unacceptable for a product that is still under warranty. I purchased an ultrasonic cleaner, not a repair project. As a customer, I shouldn't be expected to disassemble a brand-new machine, troubleshoot electronics, and install replacement parts just to make a warranty claim work. If a product fails almost immediately, the company should replace the entire unit or issue a full refund—not expect customers to act as their repair technicians. Between the poor product quality and the frustrating customer service, I cannot recommend this ultrasonic cleaner. A commercial machine that lasts only 30 minutes before failing is simply not acceptable, and the way VEVOR handles warranty claims makes the experience even worse. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reliable ultrasonic cleaner backed by a company that stands behind its products.

Meine Erfahrung mit VEVOR war leider äußerst enttäuschend. Die gelieferte Ware war bereits bei Erhalt defekt bzw. mangelhaft. Noch problematischer war jedoch der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Obwohl ein kostenloser Rückversand zugesichert wird, wurde dies in meinem Fall nicht eingehalten. Statt einer unkomplizierten Lösung musste ich mehrfach nachhaken und erhielt keine zufriedenstellende Unterstützung. Der Kundenservice hat einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Auf die tatsächlich geschilderten Probleme wurde kaum eingegangen. Statt konkreter Antworten erhielt ich überwiegend standardisierte E-Mails, die offensichtlich nicht auf meinen Fall abgestimmt waren. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass meine Anliegen gar nicht richtig gelesen wurden. Ich erwarte von einem Unternehmen, dass es zu fehlerhaften Produkten steht und Reklamationen professionell bearbeitet. I bought a 30L ultra sonic cleaner in march of 2024 barley used it and it suddenly stopped working today.

I cannot recommend this product, because it completely failed after being used 5 times. The internal wiring was poorly done and it caused an internal short during normal operation. It burned the fuses, the main control board and 2 out of the 10 ultrasonic actuators rendering the machine completely useless and unusable. I have tried replacing the fuses without luck and tried contacting support. The support team has made me waste my time for 2 weeks to finally tell me that the product is out of warranty and they wouldnt do anything to help me repair it or get a refund. Stay away from this one.

We it worked for 30minutes then a board blew up and tripped out my house fuses. Instead of replacing the unit they sent parts. It’s taken a while to get the time to repair the unit myself and I find they sent the wrong parts. After trying to contact VEVOR numerous times I haven had a response apart from ai saying someone will contact me. So in conclusion unit useless. Customer service useless.
