My telescoping ladder from Vevor arrived but suffered an issue with the extension lock. I contacted Vevor and they responded quickly and replaced my order promptly. The new ladder works as advertised and does everything I wanted, a good quality product at a great price, fast delivery and responsive customer service!

Légère pratique facile a transporter pour tou le bricolage en hauteur elle rend bien service pour le prix rien a dire je la recommande a tous les bricoleurs

Absolutely fantastic with the Value. Everyone should have one in their bin for emergency repairs. If you gotta get on roof, you gotta get on your roof., this I’ll get you there without dropping you. You able to get that branch or whatever else fell up there that you can’t leave until you do.

This ladder is perfect for what I need it for. To access my attic. It folds away in a corner of my closet and is easy to pull out and open up to access my attic when I need to check the heater/ac unit. All my venders who need to access the attic love the fact that they can do so safely and conveniently for them. i won't use it much but when I need it it is great.

I bought this thinking i would use it when I use my RV. Well, it's winter and haven't been camping and have found this useful a few different times already. It is perfect inside the house or workplace to maneuver around versus banging walls with a tr9adition ladder. I painted to stairwells with it so far. it is light weight but string, I am heaver guy, seems solid. So far' so good.

Première utilisation hier, très facile à utiliser, stable, très content de mon achat.

The VEVOR 12.5ft Aluminum Lightweight Multi-Purpose Collapsible Extension Ladder is a great tool. It is compact which takes up little space and is light and thus easy to move around. The 12.5’ length is perfect for accessing attic openings and reaching 2nd floor windows. The ease of use means training others on its use is easy. It has a good safety feature when collapsing it, the step you lower does not go all the way down until you lower the next step below it. Saves fingers! I purchase the ladder on sale any it was a great value.

Good product At a decent price

Had a friend test the ladder as soon as it came to the house via UPS. Safe to say, it worked very well for him.

This is a well-made ladder, however it's heavier than I expected (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), and due to the weight, it's more difficult to extend to a height than I expected it to be. I have not actually had the need to use this ladder yet, but I have extended it and it wasn't easy for me, in my late 60s.
