Unit wrecked itself after a few uses as it did not make contact with the green shut off button. After showing pictures and video of this being the case and being directed to disassemble, followed by showing the motor completely detached from cable/gears/etc... the unit does not operate at all (although green light comes on). No refund/replacement offered. I would suggest that anyone who uses this hoist add a bumper in the area of the green contact switch, because if the plate comes in at an angle it can continue to exert force despite being fully retracted. The plastic housing can deform under this stress, but I'm not sure whatto do about that. Setting a contact plate further up would also work, but I'd still be concerned about coming up at an angle and not making contact. Other than this failure mode, it was decent for the price. Fair warning, it is slow and I only ever tested it at 1/10th of its listed capacity (single sheet of plywood/bag of insulation etc).

Poor quality did not last one job. Contacted customer service for warranty and continuously Got the runaround asking me to take the unit apart and try to fix it myself. Ridiculous.

On 1st use the crimp holding the end on let loose. Lucky I was using it horizontally not lifting and cause harm or damage. Otherwise it would have been a much better review.

Was attempting to use with my 200 ft Vevor rope to drag Fallen trees out of the forest to my Vevor 62 CC chainsaw and Vevor table top electric wood splitter Unfortunately day one out of the box all it did was blow the circuitry trying several times one time it did not blow the circuit but got electrocuted soon as I touched the cable

Unfortunately the quality was lacking. When we used it, it sparked and tripped the power in our house.

I never received the product, although the system shows it has been delivered. When I contacted customer service, they referred me to UniUni Logistics, but the logistics company was unable to provide any proof of delivery and sent me back to VEVOR customer service. Unfortunately, VEVOR did not resolve the issue or refund my money. It has now been over a month — my money is gone, and I still have not received the product. I was not offered a refund or any assistance, which is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend placing orders on this platform.

Bought this winch to load my smart car into my 5th wheel toy hauler. It seemed very loud when I first used it. It loaded the little car 2 times and the 3rd time it smoked with 2 feet to go. Now I can't load my car again until I can stop somewhere and get a replacement. Don't know if I just got a bad one or they just aren't made good?
