Cane dented doesn't affect the usability and the finish is coming off the inside of the tank also doesn't affect it. Works as intended.

It works as intended, so no complaints. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the website ends in '.au', which indicated to me the item was held in stock in an Australian warehouse. I had to wait for the item to be shipped from China. I'm ok that it was manufactured in China, but I saw nothing on the website to show that. It seems to me that companies are using 'au' on their web address to intentionally dupe people. I could have just as easily bought one off Temu!

Nice size, great price. Did a decent job. It heats up HOT takes a while, but start with hot water and that’s no problem. Easy to fit motorcycle carbs or the like. And some other lodge parts I used to struggle with in the old US cleaner I had. Nice features, I like that the heat is independent of the cleaning timer. Sometimes just use as a hot soak. Shipped fast and was perfectly packed, not a ding or scratch on the surface. I almost wish I had got the next size up, but so far I have not had a need. Even cleaned a motorcycle tank in this, had to turn it halfway through.

I orders the 3L .. imagining 3L of pop… when it arrived it was smaller than expected.. I actually filled it and it won’t hold 3L of liquid.. it would be full to the top and spill over if I put anything in it.. that being said it’s great for small carburetor parts. I’m using heavy duty simple green and water. The only feature I don’t like is it only does 1/2 hour at a time. I’d love to set it for an overnight ultrasonic bath.

So far, so good. I've only used it a couple times but it does get things noticeably cleaner. Sometimes VEVOR sends review requests so soon after the purchase you haven't had time to really use the product.

Works great, heating function gets parts cooking and coming out looking super clean. It's a bit louder than I expected but I just put the box it came in over it for now until maybe I make a foam board box to place around it or something.

Let me start with this: Why should I have to search around on YouTube just to figure out how to use a product that I bought and paid for?? It even comes with a manual that is entirely ineffective. It points out controls (in an iconized picture) but makes no effort to explain how/why/if you would ever want to use them. Also, given that Vevor sells so many variants of this product, how about some way to differentiate them and some tutorials on usage? I opened a support request to ask questions about the product. I had to be quite persistent with many back-and-forth with their Support team until they took my inquiry seriously. Ultimately, they provided an *excellent* answer and full support so they get 5-stars for the ultimate solution but only 1-star for the initial interaction. I have used the product itself twice so far so my review can not speak to the quality or longevity of the unit. So far so good. Improve the manual, take Support inquiries seriously the first time and I probably would have given this 5-stars across the board.

Received with a dent, shipping box was delivered damaged,I had purchased the shipping insurance that was a waste of money! Customer service was not helpful I have a sonic cleaner that I paid good money for with a dent in it?
