I bought this mobility scooter because I am 84 years old, have mobility issues and live on an acre of land. I need something that would transport me around my yard, serve me in RV campgrounds and assist with mobility. Unfortunately, I find this scooter so underpowered and so lacking in torque that it will not negotiate even minor slopes if I am on any surface other than concrete or asphalt. Even then, the slope has to be very slight or it will stall out and I have to push it to get to the top. For these reasons, I have little use for it and wonder if I can return it?

I purchased a mobility device from VEVOR, and unfortunately it stopped working properly after only about three weeks of use. Whenever I turn the device to the right, it suddenly stops working. I’m not sure what the exact issue is possibly something with the cables or wiring but a mobility device should not develop this kind of problem after such a short time. What has made the situation even worse is VEVOR’s customer service. They advertise a 30-day return policy, but instead of helping me return or resolve the issue, customer service keeps telling me that their technical support team will contact me. I have been waiting, but no one has provided a real solution. I also opened a support ticket, but I have not received a proper response, and the ticket keeps getting closed without the problem being resolved. This is extremely frustrating, especially when there is a limited return window and the delays are coming from their side. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected VEVOR to stand behind a product that failed within just a few weeks. Based on my experience with both the mobility device and the lack of support, I don’t think I will shop at VEVOR again.

I would not recommend this scooter. You.caan not get any replacement parts from vevor.

This was an extremely stressful purchase. The scooter itself looks good and the price is excellent however it arrived missing parts for the seat. The Vevor support was beyond terrible and as I write this note almost five weeks after our purchase we still have not received the parts. Communication was horrible and I was personally following up daily looking for updates. As this is a mobility device for someone who cannot walk more than a few feet the urgency to rectify the situation was high however the Vevor support was almost nonexistent and could only be contacted via chat where you are communicating with someone who simply relays messages to the support team and can do nothing to actually help or you can email responses to the Vevor ticketing system and then pray a human responds. So overall, likely a great device with a great price. Roll the dice when you buy one and hope it comes with all its parts or simply buy two and have a spare. Have to say, likely the last Vevor product I purchase and this was definitely not the first Vevor product we've owned.

This unit worked perfectly for 5 months. It will no longer go and it sounds as though the gears are stripped out. VEVOR Customer Service has been less than helpful. They keep sending me messages with strict time limits that I do not receive until after the deadline. I have requested to communicate with a manager on numerous occasions to no avail. VEVOR DOES NOT HONOR THEIR OBLIGATIONS OR THEIR WARRANTIES. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON 20 MAY.

The Scooter works quite well. The back up beeper is WAY TOOO LOUD. The seat material is crap and split apart in the first 2 weeks. The support team I contacted to help resolve the issue be getting a replacement seat is actually an AI (artificial idiot) that keeps closing my tickets without actually contacting me or resolving the issue. They are completely useless in solving my problem.

I will never buy another product from Vevor. I had a problem getting it to move after assembling it and tried calling for help only to find out there was no phone number available. I then e-mailed only to find out you would never answer me. Yes, you got my $800.00 dollars but never will you get another one from me or all the people that asked where I got the machine from. A VERY disatisfied customer.

The brake can’t be placed in the locked position. The tab, that is supposed to be pushed down to lock the brake does not enter a locked position, just returns to unlocked position. Contacted support over 24 hrs ago and have not heard back
