Really bad.!!! Brok Down, no Wind at all, skrues fall out, rod brakes. And no respons from VEVOR.! Not Even a year old, put up 3 times. 6 rods brok

I received my tent with several parts broken and I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve contacted customer service and have been sending messages back and forth. Three weeks ago, they told me they were carefully reviewing my request, and I’m still waiting. Nothing has been done. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The second time we used the tent, under a very light breeze, the metal frame broke in 2 places and the canopy, where the strong attach, also tore off in 2 places. We are now having to use zip ties and dowels when we use it. Very disappointed.

So I bought this and first few months was amazing. It’s destroyed now after three years by part of it could also just be. I should’ve done a little bit of improvements with the nut and bolts that hold the joints together. I didn’t notice that we would be losing some of the nuts that are internal in the joint caps so my mistake was my son actually to my sons never really reminded me to either do Loctite on those nuts because they all backed out and structure started getting loose and every time we had an event it was already there, but was never improved. What is a very solid structure .

I purchased this 20 x 10 tent because it looked good and the price was great. Unfortunately, the quality is not good. I've now used it 5 times and each time, a different part breaks. I've had 3 cross-rails on the frame break, one of the feet break off, and one of the hooks on the canopy break off. I havent even used it in high winds. I ended purchasing a much better quality tent from a better brand. I will keep the canopy and the sidewalks but I will through out the frame because it is garbage. This purchase was a waste of money and Vevor products are normally good quality. I would avoid this tent at all costs and purchase something better.

Great idea, but it has no locking pins when fully setup. You cannot secure it to hold its shape. I would not recommend this tent to anyone.

Faulty product. Will not stay uprite - safety hazard. Hit the person helping me on the head causing an injury. Vevor refused to collect the product. Vevor requested to “just throw it in the trash” Informed this isn’t possible due to the size / weight of the product. Pathetic customer services

I wouldn’t recommend this product the velcro tore off in low wind making it no good for my wedding as I couldn’t use the walls
