I’m really disappointed with this one, especially because we own other VEVOR products that have been great. The frame itself is solid and seems well made, but the panels and covers are very flimsy and look nothing like the pictures. Ours has large gaps and does not fit snugly or look polished when set up. To make matters worse, one of the Velcro ties ripped off in a very gentle wind during setup. That should not happen right out of the box. I bought this with the intention of possibly renting it out, but there is no way I would feel comfortable doing that now. Great frame, but the fabric and overall finish are a big letdown.

Would not recommend buying this if you want to use it more than once. All the attatchment points frayed and busted in light wind. Terrible quality for the money.

The metal sides that connect together broke into pieces in a stiff wind. The side pieces themselves were incredibly thin plastic, easily torn. The instructions were convoluted and difficult to understand. It in fact was not easy to pop this up at all. Two people struggled to do it. Maybe if there had been no wind, it would have been fine? So on a summer day with no wind, this would be a good setup, if you have three people setting it up.

I received a damaged item ($200) and their resolution is to issue a $20 refund. This guys are a joke

Purchased this canopy as I had bought one two years ago from Beaver that was fantastic. I looked for the same model and was unable to find it however came across this one that seemed reasonable. Ordered it and it is not. You can see from the video of the leaks from the rain. We just had that destroyed a lot of my product you can see the runs in the canvas and the legs are just not the same quality as what I had in the original wand. I wish I could get this return and get original one again, but they do not carry it. Stay away from this one

The two that i bought broke...a total lost for me !!

This tent is supposed to be fire rated there is no tag on the canopy so I cannot use it for food vending. I tried to return it they would not return it but offered me a $35 credit which I am still waiting for after 3 weeks. I have notified them three or four times about this. I now have to try to sell this to make my money back. Plus I had no idea there would be writing on the canopy advertising vevor tools. I could have overlooked the writing on the canopy and pointed it away from my customers but the fact that it is not tagged with a fire rating is too risky. Customer service was not very friendly or forthcoming to help me return the item for full payment.
