Prodotto arrivato in perfetto stato, nel montaggio ho notato che mancano i bulloni e le rondelle ne sono troppe, c'è un pò di casino da questo punto di vista ma ad ogni modo ottimo prodotto. NON METTO 5 STELLE PER QUESTA IMPRECISIONE NEI COMPONENTI PER IL MONTAGGIO.

This is a great creeper, but when you make it into a stool, the seat will not sit level. You can barely manage to stay sitting on the seat without sliding off. The one they sent me may not have been built correctly. Not sure.

Worst experience in deceitful (lacking validity and awareness) customer service. Horrible and misleading communications, no acknowledgement of the problem, and no follow-up. Ordered two items online. Paid. Tracking provided. UPS called to say we have your shipment from Vevor but we don't have your complete address. I tried several times to contact UPS (which took days, not hours because everything is automated without human intervention). UPS eventually informed me that only the "shipper" can update the delivery address on the order. I contacted Vevor customer support who assured me "everything has been updated and please be patient while the information is being sent over to UPS which could take a few days. Meanwhile, I noticed on my UPS tracking as I received an update from UPS indicating the items were being shipping and moving again, only to find the items were being sent back to Vevor (likely as undeliverable). Contacted Vevor again, and was told I misunderstood the update from UPS and everything is on schedule and to please be patient. I eventually received a refund on my purchase and never did receive my purchased items. No follow up from Vevor. Extremely frustrating as I had a time sensitive project where I was waiting on these items to complete an important project. I went back to Vevor's storefront to "re-purchase" the items only to find the prices have increased from my original order which means I would have to pay extra in order to give Vevor a "second chance". I decided that their lack of concern for my situation is typical for "human customer service" interactions as the "support agent" is only able to follow strictly written scripts for responses to customers. I get that. This is my only opportunity to present my full experience on my recent purchases. I believe their automated system should have flagged my order as "missing street address for home delivery" and it should have not allowed me to proceed with the purchase without a full delivery address. Whatever the cause of this event I am left feeling as though I did something wrong and they were doing me a favor by refunding my money. This is new age "customer service" in action. I guess I just learned a lesson. Here is the status of my order on Vevor where I was prompted to provide a review of my experience. It says the items were "DELIVERED".

Never recieved this!! Wish I would have got this in the mail for my husband for father's day but ut never arrived!!

Just recieved my folding creeper. Unfortunately, missing pieces make it difficult, if not impossible for me to assemble. This is only my second order with Vevor. Now, both orders have been either broken or incomplete. It is very difficult to get a prompt response from them. Keep this in mind when ordering.

El taburete muy bien. La mesa, sería necesaria mejores ruedas.

Good for the price after all but what could be better is - the wheels are plastic, there where 5 M8 nuts missing in the package. It's strong enough, we'll see it after some time of usage.

Very nice seat/creeper. One problem with it. A welding piece has one of the holes not lined up. It will have to be redone or sent back. We had three guys checking it out and upon final inspection that was the problem according to all of them. They haven’t decided what they are going to do yet. Velcro has had good products so far so please check into this issue

Took over 2 week to receive because it was lost in the courier system. Did receive 2 days before Christmas. Quickly wrapped it and in the new year hubby pulled it out of the box and the lower pad had a rip in it. No damage to box so was packaged like that I guess or the bag of bolts may have ripped it. Not worth the hassle to return.
