Lo utilizo con un programador para apagarlo un poco antes y que quede un dedo de agua en el fondo, y así se limpia más facil. Me gustaría que el botón de encendido fuera de on/off en lugar de un pulsador, porque así podría programarlo para que se encienda cuando yo quiera con el programador. El asa de la jarra es mejor montarla entre dos. La monté yo solo y me costó bastante. Muy buenos materiales. Si el ventilador hiciera un poco menos de ruido sería excelente.

This is a quality product, but is a bit larger, louder, and takes longer than I expected. However, I am happy to reduce the amount of plastic from purchased gallons of distilled water. We have worked out the timing to run it at night so we don’t have to hear it. Our well water leaves a significant amount of residue, so it requires more frequent cleaning. Residue gets caked on and is difficult to remove.

We got this for a CPAP machine and a countertop nugget ice maker when the price of distilled water shot up to $2 a gallon and we were using a minimum of 5 gallons. We LOVE this thing. Even with taxes and warranty, it MORE than paid for itself in 3 months. It's not cumbersome to move about and doesn't take up much counter space. The design is nice and the outside of the machine very easy to keep clean. It takes about three hours to fill up the container so making 3 gallons in a day is doable. The container itself is durable glass even if the handle is iffy, very loose and you must be careful to center it or the water won't pour evenly from the spout. Second best tip we can offer: Clean the inside with the citric acid crystals after EVERY tank. You don't need but a quarter teaspoon and the stuff is not expensive. With a teaspoon of water, the residue left behind swipes out with minimal effort. So not at the end of the day after running a few tanks. Not at the end of the week if you only run one tank a day. Every. Single Tank. It builds up fast and the longer it sits, the harder it is to scrub out. Which leads to the single most valuable advice for this machine: NEVER let it run dry. Figure out your timing and set a timer to go to it and shut it off. When this machine bleeds itself dry to activate the feature that turns it off automatically, the residue left behind is thick and uses up more crystals and takes loads more elbow grease. It's great. I've had it over 6 months now, still works like a dream, and will definitely be buying another when this one does go out.

Distiller works as advertised. Simple to use and simple to clean. Would definitely recommend. It'll pay for itself in no time.

I am very happy with this distiller. I had a previous model, and I had problems with it from day one. This one works great, Easy push button start, and no worries about it running dry and cycling between off and on. This one shuts off when the tank is empty. The glass carafe is a little too heavy for my disabled husband to use, so we use an old plastic jug from our previous distiller instead. If we stay on top of refilling the distiller we can get 4 jugs a day. We use the water in our humidifiers, and CPAP machine, so go through 4-5 jugs a day during the winter season. The machine looks the same as pictured.

I replaced a distiller unit with this one after an accident. This one is a bit less versatile as the previous unit had multiple target temperatures but this one is one button to start and one to stop. Easy. Also this one has a better lid on the receiving pitcher. Another benefit to this unit is the little tube to direct the output. The previous unit needed to be carefully placed to ensure the distilled water ends up in the pitcher and not on the counter.

Je n'ai pas pu m'en servir car la notice est rédigé en anglais ! Contrairement à d'autres appareils où la notice est rédigé en plusieurs langues. Je vais donc tenter de le revendre sur le bon coin en espérant que quelqu'un me l'achète. Si non j'aurais fait une dépense inutile. PS j'avais commandé en 4 litres et le bocal mentionne 3litres ! Conclusion je suis déçu de mon achat
