Sucks sucks sucks I want my money back. Will.not connect to internet no.matter what. Im.not only customer that this happened to . I am so upset. It sucks I got ripped off. Don't buy this

Quit after a month. Contacted for warranty, exchange or refund. Nada. Multiple times. Threw it away.

Es un problema que no tenga el manual en español y las indicaciones de la pantalla, estaría bien ya que el poner en marcha es bastante complicado.

The unit will not connect via WiFi. Sadly this company offers no telephone support so you can actually solve problems the way it should be done. The chatting service is so sketchy. Got kicked off twice trying to explain what was going on and on top of that the representative was trying to explain to me as he was typing of how to connect. Such a goat roping. It’s sad. Highly doubt I will be doing business here again. At the end of the day. I wasted a whole lot of my time that I will never get back

Installation instructions are poor and easily lead to other software Then the monitoring on a pc is only free for 12 months. That should be disclosed! This is the last product I will buy from Vevor

I bought this product about 2 to 3 months ago. The outside head has lost connectivity. After spending 1.5 hours troubleshooting nothing is working. I'm upset I bought this vs a quality item. Don't make the same mistake! Buy it nice or buy it twice!!! Point in case!

What a piece of cr#p, quit working, rain gauge is incorrect, temperature is off by 10 degrees. Got pissed and threw it in the trash. Get what you pay for.

Well my weather station will not connect to the internet, contacted the company and they sent instruction, very complicated, didn't work. Contacted again sent more instructions still won't connect. They did send me $49.00 back BUT I want it to work. Anyway don't buy the weather ration from Vevor.

Not a good weather station, lacking a lot of features found on cheaper units and the outdoor unit stopped working after only 3 weeks use. Don't buy, it's junk, not worth $ they charge.

I never did use the unit.Product support could not help me get the weather station online and finally just gave me some money and said find some help elsewhere. I think the unit itself would probably be OK but he support is lousy so I would not recommend this device because of that.
