The rain gage does not work at all, I am very disappointed! That was my main reason that I purchased this unit. I do not recommend buying this .

It failed after the first few months. I just purchased another, and I'm hoping this one will last. Great price and easy to set up

Received the station and noticed that the screws bag was open and screws scattered throughout the box. I think some are not there and requested a screws bag replacement. Customer service is very bad and after more that 48 hours I still have no idea what is going on. Requested the item return, nothing. This is not what their warranty is showing. Be aware.

5 days since recieved non working item and registered complaint. nothing but crickets. poor after sale service. your ok if your item works but dont think I will purchase anything more in future.

Si eres un friki de las bases de datos climitalogicas no merece la pena ni la opcion que tiene conectividad con Smart Life, ni la opcion que tiene la pantalla TF (la más pequeña). Es un fallo bastante grande que cuando desconectas la corriente de la pantsalla pierde TODOS los datos. Además no tiene la opción de utilizar pilas como alternativa a la corriente electrica. En la aplicacion Smart Life solo tienes la opción de ver los datos por cada hora, es decir, maximo almacenas 24 datos al día. Vamos, a todas luces unsuficiente. La tengo instalada ya y por no desmontar la torre de los sensores no la devuelvo, pero sin duda la cambiaría por la versión original que permite conectarla a webs de bases de datos meteorologicas como Meteoclimatic.

première mise en service pas d'affichage de l'hygrométrie extérieure et sens du vent inverse entre capteur et station (pour avoir la bonne info devons mettre sur hémisphère sud) Pas possible de saisir les infos après 2 connections, à la 3ème plus d'accès à http Après réinitialisation hygrométrie extérieure apparait mais plus de connections sur smartphone et pc Après épisode de grand vent la vitesse affichée reste basse. confirmation en faisant tourner l'anémomètre fortement la vitesse affichée est de 12.7km/h et sens du vent toujours inversé. Les derniers jours ont été partiellement ensoleillés alors que la station annonce des orages avec pluie! Au dernier mail envoyé je n'ai plus de réponse. [email protected] Possibilité d'un problème de programmation? A ce jour la station est de peu d'utilité sinon de garnir mon jardin

The unit works just fine even connecting to weather underground. The issue is the plastic structure is so large any snow accumulated on it stops the wind speed,direction and sun. I have to go every couple days and brush it off.

Wrll this item worked great for the 2 weeks it was up. Did everything to mount it correctly. We had a good wind storm and that was the last of that 100 bucks. I will try a better built one.
