Clutch gave out within 30 minutes of use. Gear oil everywhere. Blade will bot rotate fully. When it does, it stopps 9n the smallest bunch of grass. Finally, it completely left the chat and blew out. Opened the box, the heat shield was snapped off. Its just more chineese garbage.wish i didn't waste money on this thing. ITS A SCAM.

Motor unit is way too heavy for practical use

Waited 10 days to arrive and now not able to attach the weed wacker rod. It does not fit into the pin as explained the user guide. Haven't gone further with the product where I can use the product so be cautious while spe ding money on thia product

I followed all instructions. I am very familiar with 2 strokes, chainsaws, dirt bikes etc. The unit started as it should. Used it for 10 minutes and it quit while using it. Won’t restart. I should have read the other 1 star reviews. It’s obviously a hit and miss product. I contacted Customer Service and described in detail the failure. All they said was, send us a video. A video of it not starting, what ever for? None the less I sent it. Ine would think after all the complaints like mine, they would have figured it out…nothing yet.

Trimmer was extremely easy to set up and the quality seems decent. Too bad the engine is worth nothing and wouldn't work for more than 40 seconds before stopping. Customer service offered 50% of my money back to take it to somebody and fix it. I am mechanically inclined and still couldn't figure it out so 50% was not worth it. (Got me thinking this is the whole point of selling a motor that doesnt work... at least they have a chance to keep 50% of the money i spent) I asked if I could get another motor and they said they were out of stock even though I could order it online and still can. So now I have a useless trimmer with a bunch of great looking attachments that doesn't do a damn thing. Really wish I got to use this thing because the price is excellent but I guess you get what you pay for. In the end they did give me 100% of my money back but I really wish i could have got a new motor instead

I bought this equipment, it comes with many things but it's too heavy, although it has a harness to attach it to the body, it still becomes uncomfortable and has been a huge problem when trying to return it, even though I haven't used it, it's still in its box. Very disappointed with Vevor, I don't think I'll ever buy anything there again. When you don't want something, you just make the return and there's no need to give so many explanations or wait more than 5 days, and they still say they are resolving the case.
