Gear coming from the engine stripped out on the 2nd use very disappointed in this product. Don't think ill buy any more products from here.

I bought the 6 in 1 multi hedge trimmer. It cold started the first initial time and even had a warm start. However, after mowing the lawn, I went to do another cold start and it won't start. There IS NOT a direct number to technical support. I had to call the refund replace number and they wrote up a technical request and said the person would call me in a couple of hours. It has been 7 hours with no response.

This company appears to be reselling low-quality, generic products under their own branding. I purchased a trimming tool that came with six attachments, and right out of the box, two of them wouldn’t even connect properly—completely unusable. On top of that, the engine is unreliable and keeps shutting off every few minutes, making it frustrating and impractical to use for even basic tasks. I reached out to customer service to request a return, but instead of resolving the issue, they’ve been unresponsive and continue to make excuses to avoid honoring the request. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Poor product quality combined with lack of proper customer support makes this a purchase I strongly regret. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Quality is trash. None of the attatchments lock into place as the holes are not drillednin the correct place. Getting assistance with this issue has been a grueling experience. This equipment not being to snuff is costing me money. And the "customer service team" is non existent. I get generic replies and told I'd have to wait ANOTHER 24- 48 hours to get help with thisnpiss.poor quality assurance issue.

Added 40-1 fuel like it says and the motor won’t run at all. I’ve been in the industry for 15 years so I know my way around small engines and how to run them. Not sure the issue but it doesn’t work. And it’s missing the bush trimmer attachment.

It was a great price and it works, but mine came with a broken air filter box, and Vevor opted to refund me 126 of the 212 dollars and told me to keep the unit I told them I didn’t want the money, I just wanted the replacement part that they even had listed I. Their parts diagrams My advise is to NOT buy vevor products because they do NOT stand behind their products with follow on support such as part Broken out of the box and can’t get parts is unacceptable

Product was damaged. Customer service is a joke. I had to get my bank involved and filed a fraud case against them and I am still trying to get my money back. This company has an F rating with the BBB and I will never order from them again. The entire experience was a nightmare.

Didn't realize it until I put it together & tried using it, but it was broken. Very disappointing
