Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu mon article, mais TRES DÉÇUE En premier lieux comme je l'avais lus avant la notice n'est pas en Français! Ils pourraient faire l'effort même s'ils l envoient si nous le demandons. Je n'ai pas essayé le coupe bordure n'y la tronçonneuse trop fin et oui vue le prix c'est vraiment gadget! Trop peur que ça me casse au visage! Le taille haie que je viens d utiliser est vraiment pas top du tout il fera l'affaire pour la hauteur mais je vais y passer du temps! J'ai un taille haie styll rien à voir! Bref je vous déconseille vraiment cet achat ... Se sera pour moi le premier et dernier achat chez Vevor je pense!

Bonjour, Le produit ne convient pas à mes attentes pour les raisons détaillées ci-dessous. 1. Je constate, qu’Il doit être entièrement monté par le client que je suis et je ne suis pas du tout bricoleur d’une part et d’autre part, comment pourrais-je l'être avec la notice qui est uniquement en anglais. Ce qui est contraire à la Loi Toubon. Loi n° 94-665 du 4 août 1994 relative à l'emploi de la langue française. Version en vigueur depuis le 05 mars 1995 « Dans la désignation, l'offre, la présentation, le mode d'emploi ou d'utilisation, la description de l'étendue et des conditions de garantie d'un bien, d'un produit ou d'un service, ainsi que dans les factures et quittances, l'emploi de la langue française est obligatoire ». 2. J’ai donc parfaitement repositionné tous les produits avec leurs emballage respectifs et j’ai intégralement reconfectionné le carton de livraison pour son retour. 3. Opened the box and it was damaged. Began trying to start return, refund, or replace and this is not convenient process.

Trying to get the missing parts. Came missing 4 very important pieces. I would not suggest to buy this or anything from VEVOR as they have not got back to me about this issue. I want VEVOR to send the missing parts or to take this back. Would help is someone would write or call me back on this issue.

I recieved the INCOMPLETE package in a timely manor. Customer service tho is really lacking understanding of customer commitment. The order was missing many pieces and i submitted pictures as requested. No replacement pieces or return label has been provided after several communication emails. Dont Recommend

When I receive this product, it was missing the accessory box, along with some of the essential tools. I contacted.Vevor and provided them photos and order number, and everything else they asked for. This has been going on for several weeks and no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and so disappointed in this company.

The hedge trimmer cast aluminum body broke when tightening the one bolt. I didn't even have the spring washer fully compressed. I am a professional mechanic and know how to properly tighten bolts. The trimmer itself is extremely cheaply made. It has tons of vibration when running. Its hard to start with anything other than the string head because the machine runs the head while the engine spins or starts. The spring start is a horrible idea for a string trimmer. The idle screw can not be turned down any more without the engine stalling. MOST IMPORTANT THING. I bought this to use my other attachments I own, like my tiller and leaf blower. They have square shaft drive where this hunk of junk has a splined shaft.
