So I knew when I got this greenhouse that it probably wouldn’t last long so I tried to reinforce it by building garden beds right up against the walls and also attaching welded livestock panels along the sides. We have had it up for 10 days and the cover is ripped in several places and we haven’t really had any strong winds yet! Today the cover ripped from the ties and blew half off the greenhouse. I have no idea how make this even half usable.

My greenhouse arrived missing the hardware to assemble. I’ve had a ticket open for two weeks now with no action! I have a mess in my yard waiting for this to go up and NO support from Vevor. Not impressed at all.

Had a wind tear up the outer covering as well as breaking the support. I'm trying to get a refund now

Don’t buy this greenhouse unless you don’t get any wind. Had 25 mph winds and the metal framing bent up and is now unusable. And we have it in a protected area.

Ho sprecato i miei soldi e mi ha causato un grosso problema, ora devo costruire una serra su misura. Sono molto arrabbiato.

Simple but decent growhouse for the price. However, one on the metal struts arrived broken, so I contacted Vevor customer service. No answer for one week, despite the promise of 24 or 48 hours customer service. I then used the customer chat and they promised to look into this matter asap. Still no answer. The cheap prices comes with a cost, I get it. But getting no help what so ever with broken products, will stop me from using Vevor again. And I am a returning customer, until now. Really bad - getting flooded with Vevor ads, but no ads in the world could compansate for lousy customer support.

Ist leider unter der ersten Schneelast zusammen gebrochen, der Service hier ist auch unterirdisch, man bekommt eine Mail das man seine PayPal Adresse angeben soll, antwortet darauf aber angeblich reagiert man nicht. In der App ist das Ticket auch nicht sichtbar. Ich kann Vevor nicht empfehlen.

I've had mine for three years, so this isn't a first-impression take — I've put this thing through its paces. The short version: it's flimsy, and unless you're willing to modify it, it's going to let you down. Assembly requires a surprising amount of hardware, and that's just the beginning. The real problem is wind. If you live anywhere that sees 10–15+ mph gusts — and honestly, who doesn't — you absolutely must bury the side edges, or this greenhouse is gone. Not tipped over. Gone. I've buried mine every season and still had to redo it after strong winds pulled the edges back up. It's an annual ritual at this point. The metal tubing is another weak point. The walls are thin enough that if you try to move or reposition the structure without supporting both ends, the tubes will kink under their own weight. It's not a matter of being rough with it — it just happens. If you're in a calm, sheltered spot and treat it delicately, you might get by. But if you want something that can actually handle weather without babysitting, look elsewhere or budget time for serious modifications.

All the pieces to put it together did not come in it. When winter came, it collapsed like nothing then I had to find a way to get rid of all the materials it left behind. Would not recommend
