Easy to setup. Filling up the water was almost to the skimmer and the side ripped to about 6in from the bottom. Very disappointed in the liner. 5 kids and 10 grandchildren are going to be here tomorrow. So very sad.

I bought the exact size I needed and they sent one too large. I put it on thinking maybe it gave some room for water fill to expand but no this is way too large

This liner busted at the seams. Didn't hold water for even 24 hours. Its thin and cheap.

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with this company. They are completely difficult to get any kind of customer service done whatsoever. I purchased a pool liner for these people. It came to me, and as it was being installed, it was made aware to me there was about 16 pen holes in the liner in one certain area. I contacted Vevor and they gave me two options: pack that big enormous liner back in a box and ship it to them for full refund or take an agreed-upon refund amount and keep the liner. I chose the agreed amount and keep liner. I’m not packing a big ass liner up and shipping wherever it needs to go. I have yet to receive my refund from these people. Every email is a complete spin around in Bullshit. Lies that they’re working on my refund fast as they can. I urge you to strongly consider that they do not like giving refunds. They do not like making things right they will sell you junk and be happy with it. That is the way of the Chinese.a throwaway, junk society building massive amount of junk and selling it with the idea and knowledge that it’s gonna mess up as soon as they sell it or not be any good.

I purchased a 18x33x52 unibead liner but vevor sent a 18x33x48 unibead liner not a 18x33x52 liner. The bottom seam is 8 inches above the pool floor and the liner is a foot away from the inside of the pool wall pool had 2in of water in it and still never got anywhere near the pool wall. Customer service won't do refund/return for a liner i cant use. Had to purchase another liner elsewhere and it fit just fine, but now I'm out over 600 dollars on two liners.

Immediately upon filling it started to leak idk where I assume the bottom floor seam as it’s nearly empty now. Customer service suggested using a patch!! Not a replacement or a refund for this defective product, a PATCH for a brand new liner!!

On Jan 30, 2026 I emailed that vevor sent the wrong size above ground pool liner, I ordered a 24’ diameter and received a 22’ liner. Not only wrong size but also damaged, . I have a company, Mullins pool service, 228-334-8145, [email protected] installing the liner and they alerted me of the discrepancy. Since I have contacted vevor I have NOT received any satisfaction to this issue. Either refund my purchase price or replace the liner with the correct size 24’ diameter x 52 height and no damaged worn areas at no additional charge to me.

Pedí una cubierta para piscina de 7 x 3,75 m. Recibí una cubierta de 5 x 3 m. Me he quejado varias veces y siempre me han dicho que estaban trabajando en ello. Eso fue hace tres semanas, y si las cosas siguen así, puedo olvidarme de tener piscina este año.Un auténtico escándalo. Incluso a este precio.
