Kundeanmeldelser for VEVOR varmepresse 8 i 1 varmepressemaskin 38x38cm varmeoverføringspresse 15x15 tommers t-skjortepresse multifunksjonell sublimeringsmaskin for t-skjorte krus hatt plateoverføring

My box was damaged during shipping. The styrofoam was broken all the way through the box . The tumbler pieces were damaged and the main press plate handle was damaged . I was so excited for this . It was one of my bday presents. Thank goodness I purchased the shipping insurance that was offered at checkout. I have filed a claim. So we will see what happens. I wish I could write a review on how it works. Once I get my replacement I will update my review.

When I started working with my heat press, I could not get the temperature right. I emailed them and all I got back was to play more with the temperature. I finely got my self a heat gun and I set the heat press at 235c. When it was read I tested it with a heat gun. The front was only 151c, sizes 179c & 121c, middle 180c and the back was only 145c. Also tested the tumbler and it was no better - at 200c it was, middle 145c, sides 126c, one end and the other was 122c. I wish I had my heat gun earlier as I would have gotten a refund.

I received it first part of August. I have applied for a refund, was supposed to receive an email from Vevor. Never did, and now I have a heat press machine I don't want. I am very unhappy with customer service. I learned a valuable lesson. Marlene Abbott

The temperature doesnt stay at the right temperature and its really hard to set it in the firat place. The two mats are weird to use and slip all over the place. When you turn the top plate away to place you next piece it jerks the whole machine. Do not buy this machine. Spend a bit more for a different model.

Came with no instructions barely clamps down not enough pressure at all to do heat transfers! I wish I could get my money back but It’s to late

I received the product which was ok but not what I expected. I attempted to contact customer service to setup a return and never heard back from anyone after multiple attempts. HORRIBLE customer service and I definitely will not be using Vevor products strictly due to poor communication and customer service.
