Bad positioning of exhaust outlet and air inlet when used portably as underneath . Exhaust fit is no good comes off easy and air supply tube not long enough to reach any distance from unit. I need unit on ground and hose to reach up approx 1.5m to inlet point in camper trailer not possible as is wasnt able to be used on my trip. My diesel heater smells like diesel and sometimes the diesel here doesn't work it comes up an error it says supply voltage overrun I've checked voltage of check everything sometimes it doesn't want to work

We had heard great things about the diesel heater . We tried it out on Dec31/Jan 1,2 1,st the diesel burnt up alot quicker than advertised We only had it on medium and it ran out about 4 am ... we made sure it was right gull the next night and it still ran out before morning . This heater may work at - 2 and up but was incapable of heating a camper van at -20

It keeps making a clicking noise every time it starts and it's continuous iit does not stop. And I don't know how to make the clicking noise stop

I bought this machine with high hopes as every person review online rants and raves about it. At first, I was on board— this machine was awesome. Until about the 3rd night using it and it turned off unexpectedly and hasn’t worked since. I have done every troubleshooting method possible, even disassembled the machine. To no avail. Unless the machine I got was a dud from the factory and I have bad luck, they are not as good as you’d think. But… when it worked… it WORKED.
