I bought this in the spring and I tried to use this for the first time at the onset of very cold weather here in the northeast during mid January. Unfortunately I received a faulty unit. The fuel line is kinked and will not deliver fuel when the cover is installed. I primed the unit as I was supposed to and started the heater with no problem while the cover was off. I could see the fuel being delivered and could feel warm air coming from the heater so I carefully put the cover on and with in a few minutes the heater gave me a no fuel error and the unit shut down. I took the cover off and restarted the unit and it ran until I reinstalled the cover. It then shut down again. It runs without the cover on so I know the fuel line is getting kinked or pinched when the cover is on. I did not really want to have to attempt a repair on a new unit especially when it comes to the fuel delivery system. I am not sure what fuel line to buy as there are many options online with way to many opinions🤣

Giving this a 1 star or zero star, received this unit set it up but dead, it wont start, did the manual pump to prime the unit nothing and then Fuel started coming out on the air filter tube. Now garage smells diesel fumes. Contacted Vevor but no respond yet as of now and its been 3 days. I have a few Vevor stuff that i bought and this one was the first bad one. Item arrived with the front handle pushed into the metal casing.

Heater came with a pinched fuel line used parts and the clamp on bottom fuel line was not even tight on line! When I contacted support they told me I had to wait one to two business days which it was on a Saturday plus we have a cold snap here 50 during day freezing at night so no heat in my shop after returning propane heater to use this but now I can’t!

Missing part (locking pin on the bottom of the heater) I wrote them a letter and send picture still didn’t send me the small locking pin, forget the locking pin i would buy from you guys anymore.

Received the heater very quickly hooked it up immediately added 12.8 volts added diesel fuel fired it up ran 6 minutes shut down E5 or e6 overheating internal checked ventilation checked intake watched a whole bunch of videos all the settings were correct tried it again on 6 off 20 on 6 off 20 minutes tried tech support after videos no help they put you on standby it's been over a week now they're still trying to figure it out. I bought the extended warranty like a dumbass it's the end of the season here in Wisconsin but I wanted it for fall cuz they sell out so quickly and now I'm hating my decision shame on these people I have bought other stuff from them with no issues you can't even call the talk to him by to move this forward you got to hope that they're translating it into English and maybe they'll get back to you

Never received even paid extra on shipping ins.

Junk stopped working in less than 90 days no abuse just stopped working I’ve purchased a number of these from different companies this is the most expensive and the 1st to die in less than 90 days buy elsewhere
