Works okay, only gets my garage to 60 degrees on 30 degree days

Although mechanically there hasn't been any problem with my vivoir 8 KW diesel heater, I don't have the ability to start it via remote and I don't have a thermostat because one I never got a thermostat and two the remote stops working after a week and a half. I sure would like to have the ability to regulate the temperature but that's impossible now

Showed up with a crack in the fuel tank, diesel everywhere the first time i went to run it. I plastic welded it, which is annoying considering it's brand new. I run it with an M18 to 12v adapter and I does its job. The controller app is a convenient feature.

The heater was easy to set up and run. It worked flawlessly 3 times. The last time it ran, I unhooked it from power the next day, and 3 days later I tried to reconnect it to power and it seems to have just died. No power getting to the display..checked the fuse and wiring and everything seemed good, but still I'm getting no power to light up the display. Maybe the ecu died, and I don't know how to check it

Nobody tells you how noisy the fuel pump is, also when in auto mode you would think the heater would stop heating once it hit the set temperature, instead it just cuts back to minimum heat setting so keeps heating and using fuel but at a slower rate. It does seem to be well built and rugged

Works great but has a rubber smell

The unit did not work out of the box, after investigation found the fuel pump was faulty. Contacted support and they promptly helped diagnose and send they would send another pump. A few weeks went past and no pump, apparently supply issue from China, then I was told posted, 2weeks later email to tell me pump was lost, I was then asked to repair the unit local for $20 refund, after making contact with Vevor I was offered more of a refund. Also to note - I did want to purchase a couple of spares off them, Vevor informed me they do not sell spare parts only deal with warranty. I am still unable to get the spare LCD screen I wanted even from a third party as not for sale yet. When I did get the heater working it goes okay for the price, just a shame about service and spare parts availability.

This is the second one we purchased. The first is heating a green house, does a great job. The second one we installed in a cabin. Installation is simple, it works well BUT it's incredibly loud. The noise the fuel pump makes will drive you nuts. These are great for shops and structures you aren't going to be sleeping in.

Purchased new from Vevor on 9/22/24. Last night 2/13/25 the diesel heater stopped working. I noticed when i woke up i didnt' hear the heater going. Verified gas is good, and tried restarting to see error on the bluetooth app saying "10-Startup failure". I haven't opened it up to see what the issue is yet. But i was hoping this would last longer than 5 months without manual intervention. Hope i can get warranty on this.

PROS: 1) Easy to install and uses only about 1/2 gallon per 12 hours on lowest setting; 2) The timer is easy to use and you do not have to reset it everyday (make sure you keep the thing fueled); 3) Aside from the fuel pump noise ALL of these types have, purrs like a kitten and VERY QUIET fan; 4) LOVE the two different modes of operation (e.g., set temperature or set operating level). CONS: 1) Temperature offset is only programmable from the hardwired controller and ONLY allows minus nine (-9) offset. For my needs need at least minus twenty-five (-25) offset and that is even with the controller remotely mounted; 2) The clock is HORRIBLY INACCURATE and advances 3-5 minutes per day. Would be superb if the Bluetooth app allowed programming features found on the hardwired controller; 3) Altitude displayed on APP is in meters only and temperature in Celcius only; 4) Need to be able to program timer (et al) from Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 5) The key-fob remote is terribly designed. If you accidentally touch "Off" the unit shuts down and you have to wait about 5 minutes to be able to restart. On the surface this does not sound like a problem until you find yourself fumbling around in the dark (nighttime) to try to increase/decrease the temperature and accidentally shut it down; 6) Need to be able to program clock from Bluetooth all (AirHeaterBLE). NOTES: 1) Overall a great item and could be FANTASTIC with a few updates to the Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 2) MOST significantly, needs to have the ability to set TEMPERATURE OFFSET up to -25 (minus twenty-five) degrees as the controller shows FAR hotter than actual temperature and that is even after mounting it far away from the heater; 3) The Bluetooth app needs to have an ADVANCED SETTINGS page where all the features can be changed/monitored appropriately. Doing this would be easier than an (impossible) firmware upgrade to the hardwired controller (i.e., those already out in the field). Would purchase again without hesitation, but sure hope they update the Bluetooth app and fix the clock innacuracy (maybe sync to phone time???).
