On just the second start up heater was running and started blowing white smoke I contacted customer service and they sent me a how to fix video which I tried and it did not fix it the heater still blowing white smoke and dumping the fuel into the intake hose and faults out on E-10 I just ordered another one to see if this new one will run a phone # to get ahold of customer service would be great

I use and like Vevor but this heater has problems. First thing it works well and heats well but it stinks. I have another Vevor heater in my caravan and it's terrific no smells at all. I have run it for an hour but the smell just gets stronger. Customer service were very good and told me to pull it apart and see if there's any leaks etc, I found a small bit of cardboard and a dead dried out grasshopper in the outside of the combustion chamber. I thoroughly cleaned it and put it back together but it still is offensive and wont go away. I'll My claim case is closed now and cant be reopened so I'll probably leave this one for spare parts and buy another one from Edisons. Vevor generally is very good but I got a Dud this time.

Didn't work out of the box. ( said blower motor) I have bought a few and only one didn't work no way to communicate with vevor so I'm out my money

Unable to review product never came very disappointed looked forward to trying it out. Seems like a efficient way to heat smaller area, would love to try one but not wanting to go threw the process of it not arriving again.

I bought this unit back in November. It leaked diesel fuel all over my floor and carpet through the fuel tank, I contacted VEVOR, their solution was to refund me $29 and I’m stuck with a nonworking unit told him I didn’t want $29. I wanted the unit replaced or at least a fuel tank that doesn’t leak, they’ve never got back to me, my recommendation buy it from another company that has customer service that you can contact by phone, Vevor used to be a good company. You could call them and deal with customer service direct not anymore. They’re losing my business over this.

This product doesn’t specify that it doesn’t come with a 110v plug so I can’t use it for the space I bought it for. I’m sure it may work as said but I’m unable to find out

Vevor 8k bluetooth deisel air heater. Junk. Ran 5 minutes when it first arrived. Went to turn it in again later when it got cold and nothing. Fuel pump won't run. No voltage from the controller. Custimer service chat is a run around to frustrate you into just giving up.

Bluetooth will not connect to Samsung galaxy phones. Phone sees the device but the app does not. Can not connect it to the app so that feature is defective. Better off not buying the Bluetooth model.
