Very good airless maschine

I would like to file a warranty claim regarding a paint sprayer I recently purchased from you. The paint sprayer only worked for about two minutes before it stopped working. After inspecting it, I found that the shaft leading to the spray nozzle had broken. The product was brand new and had only been used once, following the instructions in the user manual. I would appreciate it if you could process this as a warranty claim and let me know how you would like to resolve the issue. I can provide photos of the damage and a copy of my order confirmation if needed. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The pump comes very well packed , included everything mentioned . Anyhow , it is far not as smooth as the better pumps are. I know , price is not the same either. I used it twice since I purchased , already making some weird sounds. Pressure regulator is wery low quality. There are some numbers lighting up, once you press On button but have no idea what are they showing, because they are almost the same all the time. I think should show the actual pressure, but it is not working properly. The gun is pretty low quality as well.
