Kundeanmeldelser for VEVOR Artikulerende endoskop med lys, 4-veis 360° leddet boroskop, 4,5" IPS-skjerm, 1920 x 1080 HD-objektiv, 8x zoom, IP67 vanntett slangekamera for bilindustrien, rørleggerarbeid (1,5 m slangekabel)

Had some issues but they were fixed everything works good

rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with VEVOR has been extremely disappointing. The product arrived and did not work right out of the box. I contacted customer service immediately and was told that someone would be reaching out to me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. The item was never used because it was defective upon arrival. Since then, I have spent far too much time trying to get assistance and a refund. On multiple occasions I was told someone would contact me, only to be completely ignored. I have had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get basic updates. What frustrates me most is not that a product arrived defective—these things can happen with any company. It is the lack of communication and follow-through afterward. When a customer reports a defective product immediately and makes every effort to work through the proper channels, they should not have to chase the company for answers. At this point, I am still waiting for the refund and a resolution. I hope VEVOR takes customer service more seriously in the future and reaches out to finally resolve this matter.

Very bad quality picture from camera otherwise ok

Title: Good value and feature-rich – but image quality could be better Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. It's definitely good value, especially considering the features it offers. I chose the articulating version, which so far works well – I just hope it lasts over time. One nice touch was that the device arrived fully charged, which is not always the case. The image quality is decent on the built-in screen, but when transferring photos to a computer, it's a bit lower than I expected. That said, I do photo editing as a hobby, so my expectations might be higher than average. One thing I think is missing is a storage case – even a simple plastic box would have been useful, especially for keeping the accessories organized. But overall, for hobby use and basic inspections, it gets the job done.
