Absolutely garbage. Do not buy this pos.

This product will not last a year. So why install it! I asked for a refund and they just gave me the run around and failed to provide me with a return label. Look somewhere else and avoid making the same mistake, dont buy this cheap product! You have been warned

I wanted to install this large awning over top of a pergola that is 116 in wide. The product description on the website and on the box and on all advertising materials says this is 117 inches wide. After wasting hours and hours of work trying to figure out the proper spacing for the brackets it ends up the whole product is only 113 in wide. I cannot use it. I cannot return it. The company told me it would cost more to return it than I paid for it. They did give me $50 off as compensation. 🙄 I will be donating it to Habitat for Humanity. What a waste of time and energy.

The panels do not fit the frame. The panels overlap the frame. The upload wont accept my pics. They're too small.

This thing is a pain to install by yourself. It's flimsy and wants to fall apart while you're trying to get it up into place. 2 people would be great. The wall hardware that comes with it only works in concrete or brick/block walls. They are not for wood, siding, or shed paneling, so you'll have to get yourself some lag screws or toggle bolts. Once it's finally up, it looks decent and has plenty of strength to keep the water away.

Very flimsy. Will not withstand the wind and snow. Not what I expected Would like a refund.
