The brackets are made of plastic, they bend and I doubt they will last long.

Liked eveything about it, except the material of the window shades being way too thin material that I'm afraid a strong wind or light hail will shred.. feels flimsy

When I received the first shipment it came in as repackage Merchandise damage panels no hardware. But when I contacted support they took several days to make things right. New package came in today I went to assemble it but some hardware missing had to go to store to get screws that where missing, quality control is missing on the packing line. You need two people to put unit together it is not a one person job, the hanging brackets are steel cross members are thin aluminum channeled. The panels are cheaply made, not real strong plexiglass seems flimsy construction and I do not know how they will hold up against New York winds or snow I will have to get back on that matter. The unit as a whole would have been made better with real plexi at least 1/4” thick along with the stronger channels that they mount to. The instruction manual is not clear as they could have made it they did put a video out but watching it does not really portray the real assembly as clear. All manufacturing of parts and Manuels should be clear but they are computer rendered with Etcha Sketch I realize this is made in China and they do make some wonderful things well, but every company can improve to make things better to make that company great and want to grow larger with better products. Note: I have purchased other products from this company and they work well without problems.

Disappointed that the frame was plastic. I live in a cold climate so don’t know if it will standup to the harsh weather.

Good day too you my order was in time that was very impressive the only thing I did have a Problem with the Frontal fixing Bar were Damage other from that everything where great looking too buy again. Thanks Richie

Cheaply made but priced accordingly. Instructions were vague, don't attempt w/o at least 2 ppl. Mounting bolts very insufficient for most wall types. Spacing/width of panels do not align with Canadian building codes. Mounting bolts etc not for hollow walls?

Seems to be well made. You do need help assembling as it is hard for just one person to hold everything together. I have not been able to install as I have to make a template for the mount holes to mount as the template sent was paper and was damaged during shipping

Not happy about the awning, one of the polycarbonate is taking water when it’s raining, the reason is that is was cut to short and is loose in the bracket. I have discuss this mather with Evor and a ticket as been open did not get any answear after alsmost 2 weeks . This is not acceptable the customer support is not very effectif.

L'auvent est bien conçu mais il y a des problèmes. Le prix est intéressant. C'est très difficile à monter même à deux, impossible tout seul. Les fixations ne conviennent pas pour la brique. J'ai des infiltrations d'eau dans les plaques de plastique. Ça résiste bien aux bourrasques.

These awnings are made out of cardboard. The first hailstorm or high winds will tear them to shreds. I found out the hard way they will not allow returns. They say Strong & Durable Construction: Made with high-transparency polycarbonate panels & reinforced ABS brackets. This is a lie and false advertisement. I bought 3 and only opened the first one. I told them the quality is very poor and each side only has 2 tiny one inch screws to hold it together and I wanted to return them. They said they are accurately described and do not accept returns. I tried going through Paypal and get a refund but that did not work either. Horrible, terrible company. Don't get ripped off like I did. Stay away from anything Vevor!
