Junk. I should have known better. I got this and admittedly I ordered the wrong one as to what my husband wanted me to order and needed to exchange, when I contacted VEVOR I was told I would only get $33 back of my original payment after shipping. So I did just what they expected me to do and kept it instead of losing the money I had already paid. So I’m stuck with it so I might as well use it, right? Wrong. The handle leaks profusely from inside the handle. Not where the wand connects, no.. INSIDE the handle. Don’t waste your time or money. Go elsewhere and get a good quality sprayer and don’t get fooled into this nonsense.

This is the worst purchase that I have ever made. The sprayer does not spray at all. The pump will run but it will not pump nothing. I have contacted customer service only to keep getting emails saying they will have a customer service representative to contact me. Seems to be hard to get someone to contact me. But they keep saying they will but they don’t. I would think it should not be this difficult. May be someone will contact me so I can get a refund for this sprayer.

Bought this on March 9th and never received it. Refund please it at least contact me

I bought this product. I couldn't wait to use it. I was excited to have a sprayer with wheels. The hose was damaged so I reached out to customer support. Everyday I get an email telling me that somebody will contact me in 1 to 2 days. That was 5 days ago I explained to them I wanted to exchange the item or get a replacement hose So far I just going to run around telling me somebody will contact me in 1 to 2 days.

It came covered in battery acid from the bad batteries in the product. That is battery acid corroding the high low switch where the batteries and charging plug are at.

Very disappointed. It arrived and had a leak. Contacted VEVOR customer support on the 8th of June and still have no fix for this issue and it is now June 18th. All I asked for was either a unit that works or a refund and they are giving me the run around. I still have not heard from them again, it’s been 4 days now!! I have no idea if this unit is decent or not. Cannot rate the unit as it doesn’t work.

It broke the third time i used it. Very hard to talk to someone about problems>

I bought this sprayer exactly 13 months ago. I used it probably 6-7 times last year was a great backpack for the price. This year I used it once and then the second time I turned it on and it just whines. I Pulled it apart and the motor is froze up. Just out of the one year warranty. Parts are not available of course

I was very excited about buying a new sprayer. Until I open the box and put it together. I charged the battery overnight. The handle doesn't stay on no matter how tight you tighten the handle keeps coming off. After putting it all together. I put a gallon of water in the tank to test it out. After turning on the power and the PSI power. The battery turned on and I squeezed the wand no water came out. So I disconnected the hose from the machine and turned it back on and no water came out. So I contacted customer service and all got is a run around with their AI virtual service junk. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I asked to speak to a live person and they told me their pho e service is down. So I left them my phone number and I still haven't received a call back.

This is the worst company on the internet! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a sprayer and they gave me a delivery date. Thank god when it never came I disputed it with my credit card company. I tried reaching any kind of customer support and it is non existent! Yet they are still sending me marketing ads on Facebook despite trying to turn them off.!!! Absolute scammers!!!!!!’
