It works so far. I am kind of cautions on Vevor stuff now. Few things came up not working. Do not want to links this one. If something does not work vevor makes you jump through a lot of hoops, like : you have to upload a video, but then the app crusges!. And then they close your claim! Do i have enough characters now?

works perfect for smaller projects. A definite purchase for the smaller scale hobbyist shop. It does what it is designed to do and set up is a breeze..

Go ahead and buy this 14" bandsaw. It looks really nice and cuts really well. One thing to mention is that I've immediately changed the 1/2" blade that comes with it. I had problems cutting straight or even following curves line with it. I ordered two blades one 1/4 " and 3/4 " both 109.25" long from Cyber Woodworking Depot. What a difference. Both cut straight lines and the 1/4" one cuts curves really well. You don't need the guiding bearings for cutting straight lines, just you to know. It makes absolutely no difference with or without them. When you cut curves you do need them to prevent the torque of the blade. Another nice thing about this saw is that it has an excitation motor. If you cut light things the power is around 5 to 600 hundred watts, but once you resaw thick wood than the power kicks in around 1250 Watts, which is exactly what they say in the ad about 1.5HP motor. Trust me I did measure it myself out of curiosity. A worthy procedure to mention in here. When you tension your blade just make sure you first apply the quick release shaft and after that use the tension pan on top of the machine to screw and increase it more. Don't do it backwards because it can bend the brackets groove that holds the entire mechanism and your blade guard that raises up and down will hit the upper wheel after that. If you need to adjust the blade on the lower wheel to be right in the center of it there are 4 screws in the back of the machine. First release tension on the blade and loosen the nuts but don't unscrew the bolts. Just enough to give a tiny room for the other one to push from the opposite direction. Do very small turns like a quarter arc at the time. Top and bottom screws are for that. To turn the blade left and right the other ones. Basically you don't have to touch them, but just in case the wheel is off from factory you know where to go. Everything is adjustable and workable, don't worry about a thing plus the customer service is prompt and helpful with no reserve. Very useful machine to have in your atelier and the price very competitive.

This bandsaw is phenomenal - it came via Freight shipping in a very durable crate so it was well protected and the bandsaw came nearly fully assembled, the onle assembly required was assembling the storage cabinet base and installing the table. The bandsaw has every feature of the $2000+ bandsaws and has plenty of power. We put a 3/4" bi-metal blade on it and it cut through everything we tested it with. We could not find any off-the-shelf blades in the correct length, but we ordered custom blades from BandSawBladesDirect.com and they fit perfectly. Best Vevor purchase to date!

Can not find blade for the 14 inch bandsaw. 109.5 length of blade can someone tell me were to buy one.

Not a bad saw, everything is high quality but the blade wanders badly when ripping which is one of the main reasons I bought it. Cuts curves okay, handles 1/8 inch soft metal with the proper blade. Don't expect to see this saw in a cabinet shop but for the guy at home it will do the job, just manage your expectations and it will do you just fine. I'm a 71 year old master carpenter so I am kinda fussy but I am honest.

The fence does not work the way that I thought that it would. It is not all that easy to align. Could be a bit better.

This saw runs good but I have had this saw for a year now and still cannot get it to cut straight. I bought it for resawing wood but so far haven't been able to use it.

Cette machine est en carton!!!! aucune rigidité. Même correctement serré la table bouge. DANGER ! 1/ Le système de blocage du guide de coupe ne reste pas en position IL SE DEVEROUILLE DURANT LA COUPE ! 2/ le système de guide de la lame réglable en hauteur à un jeu TRES IMPORTANT; La lame perd totalement l'appui sur le roulement arrière entre la position haute et basse. Le roulement arrière se retrouve trop loin entre la position haute et basse. Mème serré au maximum l'ensemble recule. CASSE A la demande du fabriquant j'ai forcé sur la poignée de serrage du guide de coupe qui a cassé. Machine achetée pour couper de la mousse inutilisable. Merci à VEVOR qui toutefois après de nombreux échanges a trouvé une solution. Avec un guide qui se desserre en cours de coupe, le risque de se couper est majeure, je pense que cette machine ne répond pas aux normes de sécurité et devrait être retirée du catalogue .
