I want to love this product, but I have issues with the blender jug. I purchased my first unit and within 1 month, the bottom of the blender jug cracked. I bought the insurance, which didn't seem to matter, because when I tried to file a claim, vevor told me that they do not have a replacement part for the item, and to source it somewhere else. So I bought an entirely new blender system, and within 1 month, the same thing happened. The bottom of the blender jar cracked again. Not sure what the deal is. I hand wash the blender jug, so it's not that. Very disappointed. I really wanted to love this item, but it leaks like a sieve. I would suggest purchasing a smaller unit, the xl blender jug seems to be an issue.

Not happy with this purchase as a matter of fact it didn’t work. I contacted vevor immediately and that’s when the horrible experience took place. I simply wanted to return it to reorder and was met with request to show proof that it was not working. I sent videos and pictures as per request and was met with yet another objection that they needed to review and allow 48 hours. That continued till I just gave up. I consider it a loss and assumed this was a scam. I lost my money and respect for this company. They were to give me 44? Dollars back of the 150 dollars I lost. Sounds like a scam. Buyer beware. I even purchased a warranty. I really wanted to like the underdog company. You pay for what you get! In my case nothing!

This blender is massive, and it still makes loud noises. Before purchasing anything from this website, please check the size, shape, or weight. The website’s exchange and refund process is cumbersome, and contacting customer service is a hassle. Their customer service is terrible; they don’t solve your problems and try to avoid them. This is my first time reviewing a product or service, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.

I have been buying from vevor many items and i am so disappointed in this blender after using two times it just stop working.such a waste of money

The blender did not turn on when we got it. Reached out to customer service for a refund or replacement and was told I would have to wait 1-2 business days even though I stressed that I really needed it for my business.
