This flooring colour is very inconsistent from sheet to sheet and you need to recut every edge due to factory edge not straight or even in the same spot every time. Lots more work than wanted but the price was good so I guess you get what you pay for.

product was what i expected but one of the three was the wrong color. return was just about impossable for me. ended up stuck with it. not good business.

It's not as easy to cut as other floor coverings. The part that was really bad was peeling the paper off the glue side. It would come off intact but rather in thin strips took for ever.

Before you install this, check every last inch of it for holes. We unrolled it and checked really carefully but the back makes it tricky. We installed it and found a large hole from a manufacturing defect. It took many emails back and forth to finally get a refund. I wouldn't buy this from Vevor again, I would buy somewhere with better customer service. As for the foam, it's seems ok but I don't think it will last for more than a couple of seasons.

Contacted vevor with problem, HORRIBLE Customer Service. After dragging their feet for 8 days, sending pictures they said they would replace it. It’s been over 2 weeks still nothing. Cheap prices for No Customer Service should you need it. I’m done with Vevor, scam company.

This purchase was A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE -the item was received with acceptable delay before Christmas holiday season- but was shipped in wrong color - very light grey instead of dark grey. Following request for exchange in new year, Vevor instead or correcting error with exchage or credit, Vevor started negotiating to keep wrong very light grey and apply a small discount coupon on next order. Vevor offer was not acceptable since sample ordered was for a specific protype job order for customer where light color was incorrect because of heavy dirt in tool environment.

Purchased this boat flooring over a month ago and VEVOR sent me a set of wrenches instead. I have tried repeatedly to get them to correct the mistake they made but no luck from their end. Poor customer service with no way of actually contacting them via phone (they don't list their customer service number) and their chat service is poor. Still waiting for my original order. Will not be purchasing anything from VEVOR in the future.
