Arrived quickly, worked as expected on late 80's Mercury outboard. Have had no problems so far, build quality seems good. Much cheaper than other options.

Very satisfied with controller well built works list like open controller I will order from vevor from here on

Claims to be for 2005 model year and newer. My engine is a 1987. It was plug and play. Only issues I’ve had is getting the throttle adjustment just the way I want it. Putting these controls in with the adjustments as they were the engine idled a little to high and once turned down a bit in not getting full throttle. That’s not the controls tho, they work great I just haven’t taken the time to fine tune the adjustments yet.

Vevor has been great to work with, the first product was damaged apon arrival however, vevor fixed it 100% it did take a little time to complete the replacement but... it was totally fixed. Thank you very much

Nice product! Looks just like a Quicksilver and seems sturdy so far. Packaging was also nice. Beware though that this control box is a “pull throttle” type not a “push throttle” type. My old Mercury throttle cable is a push to accelerate. With this box, it would have my motor wide open in neutral and idle in forward. It’s all to do with one arm curving upward rather than downward. Fortunately, I was able to use the armature off of my old broken control box, which also fit perfectly, to make it happen. Vevor, maybe include in your description whether it’s a pull or a push.

works perfectly, exactly as its supposed to! great price compared to others also.

Perfect fit
